Jessica Simpson debuts daughter Maxwell

It seemed like the longest pregnancy in the world and then, even though she’d popped out her bundle of joy, it felt like we’ve waited ages to see the first pics of Maxwell.

Well, the time has come after a month of presumably negotiating the most money they could get (reportedly $800,000), here she is on the front of People with her mummy.

And isn’t she just darling? Jessica certainly thinks so. Speaking with fiancé Eric Johnson, Jessica said: 'My life has completely changed. From how I sleep to what I think about, Maxwell has definitely taken over everything!

'We stare at her all the time. We can't get enough!'

That’s lucky, has anyone told her that babies are forever yet?
