Madonna lashes back

Yesterday, we told you about Elton John's less than flattering review of Madonna and her latest antics on her MDNA world tour.

Some of the choice experts from the foul-mouthed John that he chose to divulge to an Australian station included "Why is she such a nightmare? Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn't happen to a bigger c***.” As well as " she looks like a f****** fairground stripper."

While Madonna has yet to say anything in retaliation, her freinds have reportedly come to her defence. 

The Huffington Post has said that one of Madge's close friend's has told the website "Ultimately, she doesn’t care what he has to say about her in public or private, she has nothing to prove to anyone, especially Elton John."

And on the comment that Madonna's latest music is terrible and she should have stuck to her old ways? "To say her tour is a disaster is just silly. She is selling out arenas, singing new material and a few classic hits. He will be singing the same old songs until he dies."
