1/4 cup tabouli, cooked
50g rare lamb fillet, thickly sliced
3 cubes feta crumbled
5-6 Sandhurst Anchovy Stuffed Olives
30g Sandhurst Semi-dried Tomatoes
1. Toss tabouli with crumbled fetta, olives and semi-dried tomatoes and spread onto bread.
2. Top with the lamb and roll up firmly. For presentation, finish wrap with a brightly coloured paper napkin.
