Rod gives Robbie advice

The former Take That singer, Robbie Williams, is set to become a first time dad and his neighbor, legendary rocker Rod Stewart, has some words of advice.

The 67-year old Maggie May singer and father of 8 has reportedly been visiting Williams at his Los Angeles home. The two both live on Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills and a source tells the Daily Star “Rod's been popping over for a cup of tea and passing on his wisdom about fatherhood.”

Apparently Rod has been giving advice on every subject and particularly keeping the mum to be happy. "Rod said, 'Give her whatever she wants,' which includes writing a song for her if she has a long labour and singing to her in the birthing suite," the source added.

Robbie and Avda are expecting their daughter shortly and Williams opted to pull out of commitments in the Closing Ceremony due to the impending birth.
