Shaved Cabbage & Parmesan Salad

Credit has to be given to Fratelli Fresh for this delicious salad, I made this version at home and it was really delicious! I served this as an accompaniment to my ribs recipe. This amount serves 2 if just served with protein but could be served as a side dish for more people. Double the recipe as needed.
Ingredients
- 1/4 Savoy Cabbage or Baby Cabbage if you can get it
- Juice one Lemon
- 1 Tbs White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbs Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- Balsamic Vinegar Glaze to Drizzle on top
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Thinly shave the cabbage and grate the parmesan, set them aside and don't combine yet.
Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, oils and salt and pepper and add to the cabbage - mix with your hands to coat properly. Add the parmesan last and then drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
Serve!
